Herzlich willkommen in unserem ruhigen und modernen Reihenendhaus.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen offenen Wohn-/Essbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche sowie eine Gästetoilette. Im ersten Stock befindet sich das Elternschlafzimmer (großes Doppelbett 211 x 200 cm), ein Ankleidezimmer, ein Bad mit großer Dusche und eine separate Toilette. Im Dachgeschoss ist ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (160 x 200 cm) mit angrenzendem Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer mit einem bequemen Schlafsessel (100 x 200 cm) sowie ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Wir haben zwei Terrassen: eine auf der Nordostseite des Hauses mit Schatten für heiße Sommertage und eine auf der Südwestseite, wo wir gerne in der Sonne sitzen.
Im ganzen Haus gibt es WLAN und auch einen Laptop.

Our house (160 m2) is located in a quiet estate of terraced houses and well served by public transportation. The tram stop and several shops are in 5 min. walking distance.
Our home has a spacious open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there is the big master bedroom (super king size bed - 211 x 200 cm), an adjacent dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. In the attic you will find another bedroom (queen size bed - 160 x 200 cm) , a study with a comfortable sofa-sleeper (100 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with tub.
We have got two terraces: The one on the northeast side we love to use on hot summer days and in spring and autumn we prefer the southwest sundeck.
A wireless network provides high speed internet access throughout the house and a laptop will be available for your use if needed.
