A detached 4 bedroomed house with a large garden and private drive for parking.
It is within the Chichester City boundaries in a semi-rural setting.
Brandy Hole Lane is an old smugglers location inland from Chichester Harbour with Iron- Age ditch, old Roman encampment, World War 2 fortifications, wooded copse, nature reserve and converted rail/cycle path.
The use of a our beach hut down on Bognor Beach maybe available [dependent on family commitments].
A 20 minute walk or bus [half hour service] or 5 minute car ride takes you into the City centre. Parking in Northgate car park.
The Cathedral city of Chichester offers excellent high street shopping, many fashionable restaurants, cafes and bars, the famous festival theatre, cinemas and art gallery, Nearby are many attractions ie Fishbourne Roman Palace, West Dean Gardens, Singleton Open air Museum [ Repair workshop] , lots of pretty villages both inland and around Chichester harbour ie Bosham. Plenty stately home including Goodwood with its famous horse racing & Goodwood motor racing events and Cass sculpture park . Chichester mainline station goes to London Victoria ,Gatwick .Portsmouth and Brighton. There are excellent sailing facilities and windsurfing in and around Chichester Harbour.
The South Downs and local footpaths offers good walking both inland and on the coast.
Places of interest close by ; Arundel [ Castle and Antiques] , Petworth [Stately Home and Antiques] , Midhurst [ Cowdray ruins and Polo matches].
Portsmouth Historic Dockyard [ Mary Rose, HMS Victory , HMS Warrior etc] and Brighton [ The Pavilions, The Lanes, Georgian Houses and Pier ]

The neighbourhood is quiet. Set in a semi rural lane within Chichester's city boundary.
One end of the lane leads down to the city whilst the other end leads to a wood, nature reserve ,cycle lane and the countryside.

From the house one can walk into town or walk into the countryside.Whilst the house is within the city boundaries it is semi rural with plenty footpaths and bridlepaths plus a safe cycle path previously a train track which can take you down to Chichester or up to West Dean through the country.
