Cozy Arts and Crafts style home situated in lovely neighborhood in the historic town of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Featured in the New York Times Travel Section, Portsmouth is only 50 mi. north of Boston. Settled in 1623, Portsmouth is known for its fine restaurants, museums, shopping, theater, film, music festivals and family-friendly activities and frequently lands on "best places to live" lists. Beaches nearby; whale watching, boating, kayaking and more. House has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sun room, den with pull-out couch and large yard. Located in nice residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to downtown, parks and public pool. Bike to the beach. We love our neighborhood and have lived here for 30 years. It's filled with Victorian and "New Englander" style homes, plus historic Colonial era houses. Our home is within easy walking distance to downtown shops, award-winning restaurants, theater, cinema, music venues, pharmacies, a grocery store and several parks. Our neighbors are very friendly and always ready to answer your questions or help out if needed!
