THE HOUSE
A wonderful, warm four bedroom home with heated outdoor swimming pool and outdoor hottub for 6+ located in Bethesda, Maryland just minutes from Washington D. C. The house is very comfortable, being home to an active family of five.

The main floor consists of a living room with working fireplace, piano, bookcases and books; a formal dining room; a modern kitchen with all the usual appliances such as microwave, dishwasher and disposal; and an open and sun-filled family room with a working fireplace, 26" high-def tv, dvd player, cd player and a computer. The main floor also has a master bedroom with full bathroom and tv, three additional bedrooms with single beds and a separate full bathroom. There is also a deck off of the kitchen and family room with an outside grill.

The house also has a very large and well-outfitted basement. There are two sofas (one that folds out into a double bed), stuffed chairs, a working fireplace, a 50" high def tv, NCTC and PAL DVD and video players, a cd player, an electric and acoustic guitar, a computer, a full size table soccer/foosball table and many games. There also is a full bathroom and a separate room with washer and dryer.

Off of the basement is a full screened in porch which leads into a good sized back yard with a patio, garden and private heated swimming pool. The pool is approximately 15 yards long and 7 yards wide, with a diving board at the deep end (8 feet deep). Next to the pool is a great hottub that comfortably seats at least six people.

Running throughout the house is a great sound system. There is 7-1 surround sound in each of the family room and basement, and stereo speakers in each of the living room, dining room, deck off of the kitchen, screened in porch off of the basement and area next to the pool and hottub. The system accesses a large internal and a very large external (Spotify) music library as well as the cd players, dvd players, video players and tvs. The system is broken into 4 separate zones which can play different programming simultaneously.

All tvs have access to a wide range of films, sports and other shows brought in through fiber optic cable. All computers are connected to a 20Mbs/5Mbs high speed internet system through a wireless network.

THE PEOPLE
David is 59 and Noelle is 55. David is a lawyer with a major international law firm who was born in Michigan and who lived in Northern Ireland, England and Belgium while growing up. Noelle is a Washington DC native who was a paralegal before the kids arrived and who is looking for a new path now that all the kids are gone. We have daughters named Amy (aged 25 and a PhD candidate at the University of Toronto) and Meg (aged 22, a recent graduate of Wake Forest University and now an ad agency account executive at CCL Branding in Winston-Salem, North Carolina) and a son named Lane (aged 19 and a freshman at Pomona College in Claremont, CA). All family members love outdoor and indoor activities, including travel, sports (especially soccer, swimming, and baseball), history, plays, music and books.
