The house built in 1926 offers two floors and a Souterrain. I rent out the Souterrain with two bedrooms and a bathroom sometimes on Booking.com. Feel free to read the reviews.
On the first and second floor you find four additional bedrooms and the bathroom. On the basement you can relax in the dining or in the living room. The kitchen grants access to the large garden. Here you find a fireplace and a barbecue with a lounge.

Krefeld Fischeln is situated south of Krefeld. Quiet but central. You find everything you need right around the corner. (Supermarkets, Restaurants etc.)
