A cosy yet spacious cottage in a tranquil spot with red squirrels visiting daily, remote yet with a welcoming cafe a walk away! A great base for exploring the scenery and culture of the Cairngorms, with lots of wildlife in the area too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, visiting nature reserves, castles and even getting as far as the sea at Stonehaven. A wonderful place to explore and recharge.

We thoroughly enjoyed the remoteness of this cosy cottage. The wildlife was all around us and so interesting, and there were so many accessible hikes to enjoy. A very relaxing and re-energising holiday in the Cairngorms. Thank you.

The cottage is placed in a very beautiful surroundings to enjoy Nature and ideal to visit well known tourist places such as Loch Ness, Glencoe and Fort Williams, Balmoral Palace,distilleries and so on. Marian and ken were very friendly and helped us when we need it. We are looking forward they come to visit La Rioja next spring!

Cosy cottage in the peace and quiet. Thank you Ken and Marion for a fantastic winter break near the ski slopes!

We were made most welcome when we arrived. The farmhouse was very comfortable and cozy, despite the weather. With our rental car the location was good for a base for exploring Scotland due to its central location. We really enjoyed the birds and red squirrels in the garden.
