Our village is 3 miles north of Oxford or a pleasant 30 minute bus ride. You can spend your time looking at the Dreaming Spires of Oxford or pop over to see Blenheim Palace a UNESCO World Heritage property a couple of miles away. Nearby are a number of National Trust properties and gardens where you can spend a pleasant day. Also a short drive away is the heart of the Cotswolds with Burford and the beautiful Burton on the Water. Once you seen all to see near by you can catch a train from the nearby station and be in London in an hour. Stratford Upon Avon, Bath and Stonehenge are a comfortable drive away. We also have a lot of beautiful country walks nearby including a stroll along the Oxford Canal if you want. We love Kidlington because it is very convenient to many major attractions in a quiet and safe location.
