Devoran is a beautiful and quiet village between Truro and Falmouth on the edge of the Carrick Roads creek. The house is over 100 years old and house amazing views over the creek, facing south west into the sun. There is a great pub only 100 meters along the road, a cycle trail from the village (with cycle hire in Bissoe) upto the north coast and sailing and canoeing in the creek on high tides. We have canoes that you can use, fishing rods, surf boards etc.
The house is our second home which I use when at work in Cornwall as we have studios in Bath and Truro. It is four bedroomed, with a linked dining room and kitchen, lounge, utility room, study, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom. A majority of the rooms face out to the creek.
There is parking for 2 cars and a garage.
