** We are planing to be in the UK for most of April and May of 2024 and are interested in 2-3 week exchanges (or more!) in various locations, including London.

We live in a lovely heritage townhome in Vancouver's oldest neighbourhood of Strathcona. Two bedrooms upstairs (one is used as an office and has a pull-out sofa) and another bedroom with bathroom in the basement. On the main floor is the living room and kitchen. There is a little patio out front for drinking morning coffee or having a glass of wine at the end of the day. We have very friendly neighbours and a children's water park across the street. We are a 20 minute walk to historic Gastown, 30 minute walk to downtown & a 15 min drive to beaches. We are on a bicycle route and the local bike-share has a rack just down the block where you can borrow bikes for a small fee.
Vancouver is a beautiful city of beaches and giant rainforest trees.
In winter there are two local ski-hills and a 2hour drive to world-class skiing in Whistler. Vancouver has wonderful entertainment, restaurants, and museums. Close to the Rockie Mtns (1 hr by plane), Vancouver Island (30 min by plane, 1.5 hr by ferry) and a 2 hour drive to Whistler skiing. Lots to explore! Note: We have one well-behaved cat that needs feeding & watering.
