Calgary is a stunning city in Canada, boasting beautiful landscapes and offering a perfect haven for nature enthusiasts and hikers. The breathtaking natural beauty of Banff National Park is truly awe-inspiring. We appreciate Phil and Ann had provided us a comfortable apartment and car, they are a very generous hosts, making our experience even more enjoyable. The whole journey was originally very exciting, but unfortunately we had a misunderstanding on the last day. We were worried that the next guests would not have a clean car and house because the owner was not at home, so we decided to go back one day early to clean the car and the house. When we were cleaning , the cleaner who arranged by the host just arrived at that time. Maybe she saw someone at home, so she told us that she decided to come to clean on the next day, but for some reason she didn’t come to clean the next day, which led Phil and Ann’s next exchange guests arrived but the bed in the master bedroom was not made clean, which left a negative image for the host’s guests. We are very sorry and hope that when they come to Malaysia to visit our listings in the future, we will do our best to give them our Best service in return for their kindness.

We loved our time in this gorgeous home! Just steps from Point Pleasant park and all the walking trails. The home was very spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the welcome meal and homemade treats were exceptional!

Really appreciated the meal and cookies left for us. Just a wonderful touch.

We had a lovely exchange at Phil and Ann's home. The home was very comfortable and in a good location in Halifax. Plenty of interesting day and overnight trips to do in and around Nova Scotia. Many thanks for a great holiday.
