Our holiday home is in Turkish Northern Cyprus. It is an old cottage in a pretty mountain village with steep narrow lanes, restored old houses and spectacular views down to the sea 10 minutes drive away. The village has all basic amenities with a pub, coffee shop, a local bar and a good restaurant all close to the house. Our house, which is mainly a traditional stone built cottage is in the centre of the village, overlooking the main square with its attractive Greek Orthodox church.The house has a King size bed in main bedroom with hot & cold Air-

con.and a single bedded room upstairs also with H & C air-con. This room can take an available 2nd bed and functions as my studio. A further single bedded room downstairs, with h & c air-con is normally Patrick's study. We would really therefore classify it as a house for 4/5 people, with 2 shower rooms. Additionally the lounge downstairs has a modern double bed settee as well as TV and H&C aircon. All the aircons are modern inverter types.
The house is equipped with internet through 2 separate password protected routers. The 2 TV's both have Amazon Firesticks.
The upstairs rooms open out onto 2 fully furnished and covered sun terraces. The one at the front of the house faces North to the sea and the one to the rear faces South towards the mountains overlooking the garden and can be completely enclosed in winter. The garden has a nice mix of plants and is shaded by a white mulberry tree.
A spiral staircase on the front terrace leads to the roof terrace with garden furniture and spectacular views all round. It is set up for outdoor dining and has sun umbrellas.
