Detached house with private garden situated in Duna Verde, a seaside village near Caorle and Jesolo (Venice 40 KM.)
Duna Verde has everything you may want to spend a lovely relaxing holiday with sunshine, sea, sandy beach, nature , dunes, and sports like sailing, golf, tennis, swimming. There are restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, chemist's shop, bazars, bakery.

The house is comfortable with its private garden. Two floors, upstairs 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, a
terrace.
Downstairs a kitchen, a lounge, a large dining room with a bed sofà which may be transformed into 2 beds, a toilet.
In the residence there are two private swimming pools, one for children, the other for everybody The swimming pool opens from June - until the second week of September.
There are two airports: Venice airport and Treviso airport. From both airports you can reach Duna Verde by car or by Bus Express.
Only 10 minutes from Duna Verde by car or by bus, you can visit Caorle, a splendid seaside little town, an ancient settlements full of charm and history, coloured Venetian style houses, narrow streets, important artistic events.
The lagoon of Caorle,well loved by Hemingway, is an unspoiled place. You will see coots, herons, cranes and wild ducks, and the casoni-ancient fishermen dwelling.
From Duna Verde you can easily reach Venice and the islands of Murano-glass factories-Burano lace-and Torcello. At the end of August there is the International film festival in Venice
Other interesting cities are Treviso, Padua, Verona, Trieste (Miramare castle)
