Please do not smoke inside the apartment (there are two balconies at your disposal).
The home can host 4, as it has two rooms with comfortable double beds, but if you want there's another old sofabed in the sitting room, and so you can have another person sleeping there. But you will have to take in consideration that there's only one bathroom and that the house is tiny.
The hot water and the fires in the kitchen are fueled with gas. The gas tanks are outside the balcony: if you finish it, you will have to call and make the supplier substitute it (we will let you the number). Normally one tank lasts for more or less 30 days to a couple.
There's no problem for us if you are travelling with your pet, but take care that it doesn't make its physical needs inside the house, or if it happens, get all clean as soon as possible.
There is air conditioning in the house for the winter heating and summer cooling. As the house is tiny they work very fast, so please do not let it on when you go.
To move to the city centre you will not need a car, as you are at walking distance to it, but to go to the beach and to have some excursions we recommend it.
In our zone you can park for free, and there's normally ease of parking in the same street or between 200mt.
We have a balcony with many plants, if you come in the warm seasons we will ask you to water them (in 10 minutes you do everything)

Si prega di non fumare all'interno dell'appartamento (ci sono due balconi a vostra disposizione per questo).
La casa può ospitare 4 persone, in quanto dispone di due camere con letti matrimoniali comodi, ma volendo c'è un altro vecchio divano letto nel salotto, che può ospitare un'altra persona. Ma prendete in considerazione che c'è un solo bagno e che la casa è piccola.
L'acqua calda e i fuochi in cucina sono alimentati a gas, e le bombole sono installate fuori dal balcone: se lo finite, dovrete chiamare e fare in modo che il fornitore lo sostituisca (vi lasceremo il numero). Normalmente una bombola ci dura più o meno 30 giorni (per una coppia).
Non c'è nessun problema per noi se viaggiate con il vostro animale domestico, ma fate attenzione che non faccia i suoi bisogni all'interno della casa, o se succede, pulite tutto il prima possibile. C'è l'aria condizionata in casa per il riscaldamento invernale e il raffreddamento estivo. Dato che la casa è piccolina gli split funzionano molto velocemente, quindi per favore non lasciate accesa l'aria condizionata quando non ci siete.
Per raggiungere il centro città non avrete bisogno di una macchina, ma per andare in spiaggia e fare qualche escursione ve la consigliamo.
Nella nostra zona è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente, e c'è normalmente facilità di parcheggio nella stessa strada o entro i 200mt.
Abbiamo un balcone con molte piante, se venite nelle stagioni calde vi chiederemo di innaffiarle (in 10 minuti si fa tutto)
