We had a wonderful stay in Bari at Dyria's lovely home. The apartment was spacious and stylish, with a lovely balcony that had the sun most of the day. The home was very central and Dyria left a great list of suggested restaurants and places to shop. Bari is a hidden gem in Southern Italy, with a beautiful old town and castle, and lovely seaside walks. We had a fabulous time, thank you Dyria!

We had an excellent time exploring Puglia and Basilicata - Dyria’s comfortable and well located apartment in Bari was a very good base to explore from. She could not have been more communicative, more welcoming and the apartment could not have been more clean and tidy. We were overwhelmed by the generosity with food - a tiramisu big enough for a week, two plum cakes, prosciutto, formaggi, focaccia, cime di rape (why can’t we find it in London?). Sylvia too was so very helpful with tourist advice and even gave us a guided tour of Bari before she left for London. We took full advantage of all the ‘insider’ information on our travels. It was great to make our first trip to Europe in 2 years to this fascinating and often beautiful part of the world, and to know we were exchanging with such charming and friendly people. Everything was fine when we got home again too.

Marvellous appartment in the center closed to the beautiful historic area, surrounded by good restaurants, cafés and nice spots. An example for extraordinary hospitality. Thanks a lot, Dyria. One day we will meet us!
