We really enjoyed our exchange to the small town of Lochem. Lochem has lovely countryside around our and we enjoyed walking and cycling in the area. We also really enjoyed a visit to Amsterdam and Deventer. Willem and Kim offered us the use of bicycles and a canoe and our daughter enjoyed looking after the chickens and rabbits. The eggs from the chickens were very tasty too.

We were delighted to leave the city for a weekend exchange in Lochem. The house is really wonderful and so are the gardens. Shops are nearby. The house is a lovely place to stay, and we received a very warm welcome from Kim and Willem. We felt true hospitality and everything was so well organized. We also enjoyed wonderful walks in the surroundings. Thank you so much!

We very much loved our stay in Lochem! The house is nicely restored and the garden is a beautiful retreat where our kids loved to play, cuddle the chicken and use the hot tub. The city of Lochem was very cosy and we were lucky that they were celebrating their yearly fair. We have been to the area before and always like to bike, explore and discover, it is always very enjoyable. We were even able to take a small trip with the kano! We felt very welcome in Kim and Willem's house and we would recommend this exchange to everyone! Thank you Kim and Willem, Bram, Pepijn and Marlou, also for taking such good care of our house!

We really enjoyed the house and its garden. The house is really spacious and our children really enjoyed the garden with the trampoline, swing and animals. We did too, with the hot tub and the kitchen garden. The house is really close to the city center (5 min walk) with quite a lot of restaurants and the super market is just across the street. We can really recommend this listing! A special thanks to Kim and Willem as we could stay in their house while they went out camping.

were very happy to be allowed to live in your beautiful house. We loved your beautiful furniture and the flowers! The area is great for hiking & biking in the nature and the Berkel just around the corner wonderful to make a little walk between. All were happy to chill in your hottub - that was a big experience.
