We live in a modern house boat at the river Amstel, 130 squared meters. 10 minutes biking to the Dam square. Excellent view, two terraces to sit outside, well secured and safe for children. Very comfortable and quiet (no noises from neighbours, which is common in Amsterdam). During summer we swim in the river and take a shower afterwards, as most of our guests do. We have 6 bikes (including one children's bike). There is a small boat available with an electrical motor (see pictures), which is silent but not very fast. There are two nice cats to take care for. (possible 2 additional sleeping places (makes 8) in the living room).
