Home on a perfect Greek island. Perched above the harbour in Skopelos old town, the house is a blue-shuttered Greek house. Our neighbours are all Greek. The house is just behind a church and in the churchyard, there is a lovely cafe bar in summer. Steps lead down to the waterfront and all the wonderful tavernas to be found along the waterfront. The house has two levels. It is the upper level apartment that is offered for home exchange. This includes a spacious living area and kitchen, a large bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to a roof terrace with sea views. It is also possible to use the downstairs apartment if extra space is needed but we prefer to exchange with couples or single people only. Skopelos Town has a beach within a 10 minute stroll and there is also another beach within a 15 minute walk of the town. However, the best beaches on Skopelos are a 10-15 minute drive away. You can catch a bus, drive or get a taxi to Stafilos, Agnondas, Limnonari, Milia, Kastani and more.
