We live in the beautiful city of Ulm in the heart of South Germany. Our home was renovated completely in 2009 into a modern 150 sq. m. household in a nice neighborhood.

On the first floor you find a modern kitchen, a study room, small restroom and a combined dinning & living room. From here you can access our lovely garden over the balcony and some stairs, or for the kids on the slide. If necessary the study room can be used as an additional bedroom (double bed) as well.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms (one with double bed), an open playroom, a comfortable bathroom and a second restroom.
This year, 2018, we created a additional bedroom under the rooftop with a perfect view over Ulm.

In the garden the kids can romp around and you can relax in the shadow of a plump tree. Here you can have a nice Barbecue as well.
In the basement there is a washing machine, a dryer and the bikes.

We are equipped with modern electronics and classical Entertainment.

We have to cats, which are by now always in the house. It might be that till summer they will be outside during the day.
