Our house is very clean and functional, we have a nice cat "Pilou" who has a door to go in and out. She is totally independent, you just have to pet her and feed her.
We are very respectful of the place, this is what we ask to the people who come to our house.
For more than 10 years we have made about 20 exchanges around the world . We were first on HomeLink( 5 exchanges) and then on Home Exchange (15 exchanges) which was bought by Guest to Guest where now it is more difficult to make reciprocal exchanges.

We spent two great weeks in Chez Lalier, home of Samira, Samuel, and Jean Marc in Nantes. It was the perfect location to visit the Loire Valley from the sea to the chateaus in the east. Nantes is a great city with many things to do and see. There is great public transportation to get around, and many of the sights are a 15-20 minute walk. The local market is open most days, and it was nice to bring home our treasures and enjoy them in this beautiful home.
Our home was left in pristine condition, and everything was in its place and well taken care of.
If you wish to visit the Loire, you can do no better than this great house in Nantes!

Our family of four (with two boys 9 and 13) had a great exchange with Samira, Samuel and Jean-Marc. Their house is sparkling clean, modern, spacious, and also has a beautiful garden in a quiet area of Nantes.
Their house is located in the outskirts of the central parts of Nantes which made it possible to experience Nantes on foot or by bike, but also to use their car to go on excursions in the surrounding areas. The house was a very pleasant retreat after a day of sightseeing in the city or at the beach, and it was also nice to have the cat Pilou waiting for you :)
Nantes offers a lot: art, exhibitions, museums, a nice castle and also a very nice central area where you can find bars and restaurants. About one hour away there are nice beaches and if you go in the other direction there are some very cool caves in the area of Saumur. We especially recommend the caves of "Perriers" where there is a great exhibition with a light show, films and art underground.
Samira and Jean-Marc provided us with brochures and information about their house, about what to see and eat in the area. We also kept an ongoing e-mail conversation during our stay. It helped out a lot when you needed some extra information or when something unexpected happened. Everything about the exchange went smoothly and we also had the opportunity to meet up in Stockholm on the first day of the exchange. They are a very nice family!

We spent 4 days at Samira, Samuel and Jean-Marc. Their house combines the advantages of the city center with calm and greenery,. The decor is neat and modern and the cleanliness is impeccable. We enjoyed their attentions, everything was done to feel good in their cocoon. Pilou, the cat, is discreet and cuddly.
Nantes is a city full of art and culture, playful for children.
At about 1 hour from the beaches of Pornic, La Baule or Guérande, the change of scenery is total.
Upon our return, our house was perfectly clean and tidy.
First exchange validated ! We really recommend this destination and their home.

We have spent 10 memorable days in Samira’s and Jean-Marc’s home, located in the city center of Nantes. Their home is very light, bright and spacious. The house is equipped with all facilities and luxury you desire. Samira and Jean-Marc even collected toys, beach equipment and flyers about what to do in the surroundings for us. The garden with a nice big tree for shadow and a hammock gives the ultimate holiday feeling. And we became friends with their lovely cat within a day. Thus we felt very at home. Thanks Samira, Jean-Marc and Samuel.
We have spent nice days in Nantes, along the loire and at the beach.Great time, wonderful memories.Thanks again.

We spent 2 fantastic week in Samira and Jean-Marc´s home in Nantes in August 2015.
The house was perfect for our family. It is a very clear and spacious modern house with imaginable conveniences. The huge garden is very sunny and quiet.
Their neighborhood is nice and the location is excellent for discovering the City centre of Nantes as much as the countryside around.
Everything was cleaned and in perfect condition. Thanks again for the more than pleasant exchange.
