Cozy and spacious country home (with garage) located in La Conception, Quebec, 15 minutes from the world class Tremblant ski / 4-season resort and 90 minutes from Montreal and Ottawa. Our house sits on a large 2 acres lot in a quiet, forested neighbourhood with easy access to all the amenities the area can provide (groceries, restaurants and quaint Mont-Tremblant and St-Jovite village).

Our region is very touristic and is called The Laurentians, renowned for its beautiful sceneries and multiple outdoor activities. Our house is directly located on the Rouge river, well known for its clear waters and sandy beaches (one, a stone throw away from our house). During summer, enjoy the numerous activities that the region provides : entertainment, festivals, tennis, hiking, cycling, and of course swimming, kayaking, rafting (we provide 4 kayaks and one 8-person giant floating island docked in the middle of the river ; the depth of the river varies from ankle deep to waist deep with sand bottom). Facing the river, you will find a large cozy deck with BBQ, perfect for relaxing, reading or entertaining guests (lots of seating). A screened porch with table for six allows for outside dinners without bugs.

During winter, enjoy skiing at the Tremblant resort (the #1 ski resort in the North East) or snowshoeing, xcountry skiing,skating or simply enjoy a nice cocktail in front of our fireplace. The main floor has kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, laundry and bathroom. The second floor has one bedroom and one master newly renovated bathroom with tub and shower. There is another room without bed (if you want to bring a mettress). The basement provides 2 more bedrooms (1 with queen and 1 with 2 singles (trundle)) and one bathroom (with shower), plus a gathering area with a large TV and threadmill (for indoor training). (If you want, you can take the 2nd single mattress in the upstair room). The house is located a few kilometers to a very large nature Provincial park (Mont-Tremblant state park) with kilometers of walking and biking paths. Mont-Tremblant is a world-class destination with many events : Blues festival, Music festival and of course the Ironman races (half IM in June, full IM in August).
