Detached two storey home in a fantastic location great for exploring everything Vancouver and the area has to offer. After a day of exploring you can relax in a lounge chair on the upstairs patio and enjoy the partial water view. Or if you want more space walk down the stairs to sit on the ground floor deck which continues into our beautifully landscaped garden complete with a waterfall feature and grassy area.

Our main living area is up one flight of stairs and features an open concept living/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is modern with stone counters, stainless steel appliances and a large kitchen island. Also on this main level are two bathrooms (one with tub) and 2 bedrooms - the primary with King size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, and a 2nd bedroom with double bed. My work office is also on this level and is locked during exchanges.
On the ground-floor when you first enter is a small bedroom with a double wall bed that can be used with the main home to create 3 bedrooms.

If you need additional space we can include our unoccupied suite on the ground level. The door can be opened up to the main living area to create one large home. The suite has its own kitchen, living area, bathroom with shower, and bedroom with queen bed.

For non-simultaneous exchanges we can offer the ground level suite anytime (1 or 2 bedrooms), or the entire house if we are cruising or exploring in our camping trailer.
Note: Paul is allergic to cats so we cannot exchange with a home that has cats even if they are gone.
