Keith is a semi retired lecturer and academic who is still researching, writing and publishing in AI . Janice is a retired secondary school teacher who now devotes some of her time to volunteering for the welsh charity SNAP Cymru.
We have 3 daughters two of whom live in London with their partners and one who lives with her partner in North Wales.

What a lovely rural setting.
We found the house a great base for exploring Southern Wales. Friendly neighbors and we found the people in the area were all very helpful. We had a great two weeks. Graham & Ddphne

A great home base for exploring Cardiff and Wales.
This was a comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, in a great location to walk to most places, although we had a rental car to go farther afield. We shared the unit with our friends, so it was nice to have 2 bathrooms -- plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed exploring many castles and churches. We enjoyed meeting Janice and Keith -- fascinating people to spend some time with, which we were able to do when they visited our home in California, since we spent a couple days together. I hope our paths will cross again someday.

One bedroom, first floor apartment in secure complex , sleeps 4/5. Fully equiped for self catering. All bed linen and towels provided . 24 hour reception. Balcony overlooks one of 6 swimming pools. 2 restaurants and bar on site. Short walk to village of Kosharitsa with its small shops and two restaurants. Minibus transport or bus service to Sunny Beach on the Black Sea.

Sunset Complex is outside the quiet, peaceful village of Kosharitsa . It is surrounded by green belt protected land . The mountain houses many species of wild life and is an ornithologist's paradise. The complex is self contained with six pools, 2 restaurants, 1 bar, a tennis court and a play area for children. During July and August there is entertainment at the bar. Sunny Beach, Nessebar, St Vlas on the Black Sea are easily accessible. A car is not necessary as both private and public transport is available.
