The apartment (55 m2) is located in a beautiful old Viennese house, 2nd floor without elevator. It has 2 rooms, one bathroom and separate restroom and 2 little corridors.
It is situated in a backyard so completely quiet, except during the day some kids are in the backyard for 2 hours. It is cosy and comfortable and very sunny in spring and summer.
The kitchen is integrated in the main room where there is also a Sofa you can open for a double bed.
The bus to main station stops in front of the door.The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and elegant district in the center of Vienna, 10 min. walk to the City Center with all museums, sightseeing spots etc.
All around you find all kind of Restaurants, typical Viennese cafes, bars and lovely shops as well as parks.
It is close to museums, theaters and opera and has a perfect situation for public transports. (1 min. walk to bus and many trams)
