My two sons and I live in a beautiful 160 sqm apartment in a former farmhouse in traditional Austrian architectural style.

From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view at the historic old town of Hall in Tirol. For example, you will see the medieval "Münzturm" with the interesting Museum of Coinage, and many more amazing church towers from the past centuries. Hall in Tirol city center is only 2 minutes walk away and offers apart from the unique old town many shopping possibilities, supermarkets, pharmacies etc.

The kitchen comes with a view at the 6000 sqm large garden. There you will find a children's playground with trampoline, plenty of fruit trees and flowers, the home for 16 chickens, a large community garden and plenty of space for relaxation.

The Mountain View is fantastic from every angle of the garden and the house!

Of course, I am convinced that the apartment is beautifully furnished ;), and it is definitely well-equipped with everything you could need (even an ice cream maker :). There is a master bedroom (160x200cm bed size), a kids' room with two beds (90x 200 cm) and an office with a sleeping-sofa. You can use the apartment with kids or without kids - either way, it gives you enough space for your mountain holidays.

Only 10 km away, you can visit the lively (former Olympic) city of Innsbruck. A few years ago, you could buy a picture of the most picturesque street view of Innsbruck at Ikea worldwide. So it is definitely worth a visit. :) The "Nordkettenbahn" cable car brings you from the heart of the city up to 2.344 meters in only 20 minutes.

Tirol is well known for it's sporting infrastructure. There are countless activities for summer (hiking, (mountain-) biking, swimming etc.) and winter (skiing, cross-country, tobogganing, snow shoe hiking etc.). The next skiing resort is only 10 Minutes drive away and others not more than half an hour drive. The famous Swarovski Crystal Worlds you can reach by bike in half an hour and by car/bus in 10–15 minutes, and there are many more sightseeing attractions around. Salzburg can be easily reaches by train in two hours.

Our large family renovated the house the past few years and we inhabit four apartments. There is a great likelihood that you will have a small chat with one of my siblings or my parents in the garden. They are super friendly and open to give you additional information.
