We live on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, 1.5 hours north of Brisbane. The famous Noosa Heads beach is only 6 kilometers away and Fraser Island is just up the road. If you like golden sand beaches, rivers and lakes, national parks, golf courses (4 within 10 kilometers) and great eating out (over 100 restaurants), this is the place for you. The year round warm climate makes it an even better adventure!

We are situated in a quite street in Tewantin which is on the Noosa River. If you are into year round water sports , we have 2 kayaks available for your use.

Tewantin is a little township nestled in a beautiful green environment on the popular tourist and holiday destination of the Sunshine Coast. It is less than 1.5 hour's drive from Brisbane International Airport. The Sunshine Coast Airport at Marcoola, is a 30 min drive south of Tewantin and has direct daily flights to Sydney and Melbourne. Shuttle buses are available to take you directly from either airport to our door and back again when it's time to leave.

Internationally renowned Noosa is only a 7 minute drive to the east, with its secluded bays and pristine beaches within a national park environment. The spectacular volcanic cores of the Glasshouse Mountains with their mysterious aboriginal folklore and legends are only 45 minutes to the south.

The Blackall Ranges, 30 minutes to our west host a number of thriving artistic hinterland communities that offer a cultural blend of paint, ceramic, wood, stone and metal crafts as well as many other interesting tourist attractions with restaurants and wineries.

There are whale watching opportunities locally or further north in Hervey Bay, sheltered behind Fraser Island, the world's largest sand island. The Sunshine Coast is an ideal stepping stone to the Great Barrier Reef, Australia's greatest offshore natural wonder.
