Recent retirees who love to travel. We have completed six exchanges through other sites. In 2019 we are looking for swaps in Cairns and Perth WA. Planning now for mid March to mid July 2020 and looking for swaps in Europe, Suffolk, Brighton and Scotland.

This spectacular home on three levels is set in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, just a six minute drive to the beach and twenty minutes to both Noosa and Australia Zoo. Located in Bli Bli, this cul-de-sac, fully air conditioned home features four large bedrooms, all with flat screen TVs. On the entry level are the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, the second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom with king bed that can be configured to two single beds and a family bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. The second level (6 steps down) features an open plan large lounge, dining, gourmet kitchen and balcony library with an open fire in the lounge area. The lounge and dining areas lead out to an extensive verandah with dining and lounging zones overlooking the ten metre pool. Stairs lead from the living area to the third level which has a one bedroom self contained poolside apartment with king bed, kitchen, dining and lounge areas. There are external stairs from the upper verandah to the gym with exercise bike, multi-gym, weights and a punch bag. The home is solar-powered and utilises rainwater storage for outdoor shower poolside. There are two garages on the entry level and off and on street parking.The full home is available for simultaneous swaps or the third level can be locked off as a self contained apartment with a separate external access for a non simultaneous swap.

The home is set in a quiet neighbourhood and is centrally located on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. It's an ideal location as a base to see the many beaches and tourist attractions on the coast.
The Sunshine Coast Queensland Australia is just over an hours drive on the highway north of Brisbane. The area features great beaches, award winning restaurants, mountain hinterland, coastal walks and a couple of golf courses. It has a temperate climate with winter temperatures around 8 - 23c and summer temperatures of 25 to 32c. The regional airport connects to Sydney Melbourne and Auckland making it a great base to visit Australia and the Pacific. Bli Bli is a river village, with a golf course, Barramundi Fishing Park, Wake Board Park, boat ramps and the Sunshine Castle where the Underground Opera company performs a couple of times a year. It has local shops with a supermarket, butcher, newsagent, bakery, off licence and take aways. It is five minutes to the beaches, six minutes to the airport, ten minutes to Maroochydore, twenty minutes to Noosa and four hours to the Southern Great Barrier Reef.
It's only five minutes to the airport where you can travel to Sydney or Melbourne.

Gold Coast
The Gold Coast is about a 2.5-hour drive which by passes Brisbane. It’s the glitzy coast with lots of high rise building and of course great beaches. It’s also home to Dream World, Warner Brothers Movie World, the Outback Spectacular, Wet ‘n’ Wild and Sea World. It was also the venue for the 2018 Commonwealth Games. The hinterland of Mt Tamborine is also beautiful with great views to the coast.

Great Barrier Reef
The Southern Great Barrier Reef is about a 4 hour drive from here.

If you want to be in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef you need to fly to Properpine (about 2 hours from Brisbane Airport) and then drive 40 minutes to Airlie Beach. You can stay in Airlie and access the reef and the islands from there - Daydream Island and Hamliton Island are the most popular.
