Our home is a large, four bedroom, two bathroom newly renovated character house in a quiet street. Relax on the deck next to the pool or curl up in the large lounge room with a book. There is a parents treat upstairs and a smaller lounge at the front of the house. Large formal dining is part of the open plan area at the rear and there is also a large kitchen eating area. For children there is a Wendy House in the back garden. The home is comfortable in all weather due to its environmentally friendly construction (double glazing and structural insulation panels) and its central heating and cooling. We get most of power from the 24 solar panels on the roof. Included is the use of a car, a Hyundai i30 (manual). If you need something bigger, we can discuss the use of a larger car (Volvo XC90). Close to bus routes to the beach and the city, it is resort style living in a community location. Walk to local cafes, cinema, shopping and parks, drive/catch the bus to Kings Park, Fremantle or the beach. Further afield, make a trip for the day to the Swan Valley to visit a winery or three.
