We are open to all offers, but are generally limited to Australian school holidays for exchanges. We are particularly open to exchanges in Europe and also holiday exchanges within Australia.

Our house is a free-standing terrace house in a leafy, quiet cul-de-sac, with the harbour foreshore less than 100m away. The house has 3 bedrooms plus a large study/TV room, 3 modern bathrooms and a separate laundry/toilet. There is a large kitchen/family living area and leafy courtyard with outdoor setting for BBQs. While we are close to the city, our street is very peaceful.

We are just a few minutes walk from the ferry which takes you direct to the city, Darling Harbour and Luna Park. You can also change ferries in the city for Taronga Zoo, Manly and many other destinations. The Balmain area is full of harbour parks for picnicking in and is great for just walking around to see the combination of Victorian terraces & worker's cottages. It is an easy walk to Balmain village, with its cafes, restaurants, and pubs. There are also regular buses about 50 metres from our door to the CBD.
