5 parties live in our house. All very nice neighbours. Family with 3 children, singles and couples. Very quiet flat because of the thick walls. The building complex was built as a hospital in 1937 and was converted into a high-quality, modern apartment complex 10 years ago. Nearby (10 minutes on foot) there is the Hubland recreational facility with many sports and games on offer. It was designed in 2018 as part of the state horticultural show grounds. All shops can be found in walking distance. A bus stop is right next to the building complex. The city-center of Würzburg can be reached on foot (20 minutes), by bike, by bus or by car. The residence (world cultural heritage) can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The main river is close by and perfect for walks, bike rides, boat-trips and even swimming. The vineyards are wonderful for hiking. Private parking spaces are available.
