Seit einem Jahr bin ich in Rente und bin in meinem Arbeitsleben viel gereist. Jetzt bin ich flexible und kann jederzeit und auch längere Zeit Wohnung tauschen. Von meinen 5 Kindern leben 2 im Stadtteil und können bei Problemen kontaktiert werden. Beide sprechen wesentlich besser Englisch als ich. Ich bin flexibel beim Reiseziel, also bitte auch anfragen, wenn Sie nicht in meiner Wunschregion leben. Da in Ulm einige namhafte Konzerne angesiedelt sind, kann ich mir auch einen Beruflichen Austausch über längere Zeit vorstellen.

Descripción de la casa que ofrecemos en intercambio
Meine kleine Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines neu erstellten Wohnhaus. Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,40 m breiten Bett. Bei Bedarf kann auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer eine nicht zu große Person (bis ca 1.70 m) schlafen. Die Dusche sowie die gesamte Wohnung ist barrierefrei. Von meinem schönen Balkon sehe ich den gegenüber liegenden Wohnblock und den im Erdgeschoss liegenden Kindergarten. Also nichts für Einsiedler. Bei Bedarf kann man auch einen Platz für einen Vierbeiner schaffen oder ein Kinderbett aufstellen. Gegen Rauchen auf dem Balkon habe ich nichts einzuwenden, wenn der Raucher seinen Aschenbecher selber leert.
My little apartment is on the 3rd floor of a newly built residential building. It is functional. Bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed. If necessary, a not too tall person (up to 1.70 m) can sleep on the couch in the living room. The shower and the entire apartment are barrier-free. From my beautiful balcony I can see the apartment block opposite and the kindergarten on the ground floor. So nothing for hermits. If necessary, you can also create a space for a four-legged friend or set up a cot. I have no objection to smoking on the balcony if the smoker empties his ashtray himself.

Descripción de nuestro barrio y la zona en que se encuentra
Von unserem Ulmer Stadtteil kann man alle 10 Minuten mit dem Bus das Münster und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen. Die Fahrt dauert ca 20 Minuten. Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. Hier im Stadtteil gibt es 3 Supermärkte, 2 Apotheken, Drogeriemarkt und mehrere Bäckereien und Gaststätten. Außerdem Ärzte verschiedener Fachrichtungen. Mit dem Fahrrad brauche ich 20 Minuten nach Ulm/Neu–Ulm. Wegen unserer Lage an der Grenze Bayern/ Baden Württemberg gelten bei uns beide Länder Bahntikets so dass man günstig nach Stuttgart und München fahren kann. Beides liegt ca 100 km entfernt. Genau wie Neuschwanstein, Österreich und Schweiz (Bodensee). In alle Richtungen gute Zugverbindungen. Außerdem müssen sie nur über die Straße um in den Wald mit Spazier-und Fahrradwegen zu gelangen.

Dónde ir y qué hacer mientras se esté en nuestra casa
die bekannteste Sehenswürdigkeit in Ulm ist wohl das Ulmer Münster, der höchste Kirchturm der Welt. In unserem Stadtteil ist noch das gut erhaltene Kloster Wiblingen zu besichtigen, auch die Altstadt ist sehenswert. In einer Stunde erreicht man den Bodensee, auf dem man mit dem Schiff nach Österreich und Schweiz fahren. Legoland ist ca. 30 km und auch München und Stuttgart sind mit Zug und Auto in einer Stunde erreicht. 40 km hinter Ulm fängt das Allgäu an mit allen Freizeitmöglichkeiten sowie die Schlösser Neuschwanstein. Am Donauradweg kann man bis Passau an der Donau entlang fahren. Termalbäder in Biberach, Bad Buchau und Bad Wörishofen erreicht man auch in weniger als eine Stunde. Auch für Square Dancer ist gesorgt. Insgesamt 4 Clubs gibt es in unserer Doppelstadt Ulm / Neu-Ulm.

Selbstverständlich reinige ich meine Wohnung bevor Gäste kommen und erwarte auch Sauberkeit. Ich erwarte, dass Sie mit meinen Sachen vorsichtig umgehen und werde auch auf Ihre Einrichtung aufpassen. Es ist allerdings kein Drama, wenn mal etwas kaputt geht. Ich habe keine besonders wertvolle Gegenstände. Nur bitte Bescheid sagen. Ich bin vor einigen Monaten von einem Haus in diese süße, aber kleine Wohnung gezogen finde sie wundervoll. Alles ist leicht und schnell zu reinigen.
