ROOF-TOP APARTMENT with FULL HOME OFFICE !

We live in an elegant and spacious top-floor roof apartment in a quiet residential city center location in Munich. All public transport is reached in only 3 minutes. Neighborhoods are classical townhouses of the 1900 Art Nouveau style. The apartment is on the roof floor of a modernized classical townhouse of 1920 with lots of open sky. A new elevator brings you up.

The charming apartment of about 140m2 offers a feel-well atmosphare/flair: Much daylight, high ceilings, large roof windows and exclusively furnished in an elegant and comfortable style. Windows are equipped with electric outside sun blinders and the upper windows also have electric openers. The apartment comprises a large living room with dinung table, an attached study as home office, a bedroom with king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), a modern separate kitchen with small dining area and all appliances you need. The two daylight bathrooms have toilets each.

There is another room in which we will temporarily store our wardrobe etc. to provide you with space in our cupboards in the bedroom so you can hang up and store your belongings. This exra room will be kept closed as privacy.

The accommodation is ideal for a couple or a single person.

Special feature of the apartment is an extra study that is a perfect home office. It is separated from the living room by glass window / glass door. The study features large desk and office equipment such as WiFi connected color laser printer, copier/scanner and highspeed internet (200 MB/sec.). People who work remote via internet and home office but seek for another location will find everything they need. The TV set in the living room also runs via WiFi (W-LAN) with CNN and BBC World among the preset HD programs.

Please note:

The apartment is on the last floor of a 5 story house. A new elevator brings you to the 4th floor and a comfortable wide stair leads to the apartment level. There is no parking on the property. - However: a private garage could be used when the space is free.

Please note, this is an older building so we ask that you be respectful of the neighbors, and for the sake of the owners downstairs, do not wear shoes in the apartment.
