In the heart of Berlin, next to the famous Ku-Damm/Gedächtniskirche/Ka-De-We, we offer an individual, sunny and quiet two room apartment on the 4th floor with balcony in a typical 1910th century Berlin town-house, so without elevator, but with nice decorative elements and high ceilings, large windows and abundant indoor plantings. You can use 85 qm, a corridor, one bathroom with combined tube and shower, a sleeping room with one bed (160cm), space for your clothes and washing-machine and a combined cooks-kitchen (with everything you need) and living room. You can find public transportation, supermarkets, farmers markets, bakeries, ... in all directions, 5min away. Two bikes are available.

In 45 minutes you arrive by U-Bahn and Bus our small house in a garden (a typical german "Schrebergarten") in the south/west of Berlin. From there you can take our bikes and visit the "Mauerweg", the "Wannsee" and small villages. Or you can reach Potsdam with a sight seeing boot.
