Christophe and Stephanie - We are a couple of IT and Historian in our late 40's. We are experienced homelink exchangers, are non smocker and have no pet (but we like pets). We have no car, but we do hire one whenever travelling abroad.
We love a quiet neighourhoud, the countryside, walking, biking, lakes, rivers, the sea!
We generally have some holidays around Easter, as well as end of June/beginning of July and end of August . Scotland, England, Irland, Italy...

***LOOKING FOR SIMULTANEOUS EXCHANGES in Scotland/England/Ireland/Italy...
Large apartment ideal for one couple.
Ideally situated between the two main cities of Switzerland (Zurich, Geneva), Fribourg is a middle size town (about 40'000 inhabitants). You can reach several lakes, moutains and towns by train and buses. Also very convenient for people (like us) who have no car.
What you will find in Fribourg: art, history, museums, culture, the wonderful historical swimming pool "Bains de la Motta" (10' on foot from our door, 50 meter pool), nature in the heart of the town and fine restaurants!
Very nice walks along the river Sarine (2 min. on foot), play grounds next door.
In the area (20-45 min by car and most of them are also reachable by car or train):
- Lakes: Lac de la Gruyère, Schwarzsee ("Black Lake"), Murtensee, Lake of Neuchâtel, Geneva Lake....
- Gruyère, Gruyères castle
- Pre-Alpes: Moléson mountain, about 2000 m. high, Schwarzsee ("Black Lake"), Gantrisch mountain area, etc.
- Cities of Bern, Lausanne, Neuchâtel, Montreux, Geneva
