Located in the charming & green 17th district, the 84m2 appartment is situated on the upper floor of a single Family House, with a 100m2 garden surrunding it. There are no other tenants living in the house, you have a lot of privacy outside and inside of the appartment as the ground floor is occupied only by a Hairdresser which closes at 6 p.m.
There is a flight of stairs that leads up to the appartment, but no elevator. There is enough space for a stroller in the garden shed. You can use the garden in the summer time for a barbecue, there is a grill available. There is also a big trampolin in the garden behind the house.
In addition to three bedrooms (1 with a kingsize bed, 1 with an extendable bed and 1 with a bunk bed and an extendable couch) there is an open kitchen and a spacious living room. The dining area has a nice view on the green neighbourhood.
CATS
We have two lovely cats, siblings, the white one is a girl and called Schneeflocke, the black one is s boy and called Ohnezahn. They love to be petted and to cuddle with everyone. They need to be fed and their cat litter cleaned twice a day. And of course be petted as often as possible.
ACCESSABILITY
Even though the appartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, the next Tramway Station is just 50m away and you can reach the city center (University, the Ring and all the famous sights in the first district) by taking line 43 or 2 in 20 minutes. To visit Schloss Schönbrunn, you just take another tram (line 10) directly from our doorstep.
