WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXCHANGE IN SUMMER 2022 FOR 2-4 weeks. WE ARE EXPERIENCED EXCHANGERS (more than 20 exchanges with different platforms).

Our house was built in 2014. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen-living-dining area, a big terrace, a nice garden with trampoline, slide, swing, big sandpit, pool an bbq.

We live in a quiet street. A bus stop, several supermarkets and a drugstore can be reached in 5 minutes walk.

St. Pölten has a historic city center (car-free) and many cycle paths. We live only 400m from the river „Traisen“. Along the Traisen is a great cycling path. In the surroundings of St. Pölten there are also mountains and hiking trails.

In our city you will find 2 very nice bathing lakes, a public pool, restaurants, bars as well as coffee shops. There are also 2 theaters, 2 cinemas, several shopping centers, a festival hall, several museums, trampoline hall.

In July and August, the film festival takes place az the “Rathausplatz”. There you can try food from all over the world, almost daily live music and outdoor cinema is offered.
