We have found an exchange for this summer.

Offers for a weekend in Munich or other nearby cities would be interesting for us during the year. We are also interested in an exchange during our autumn holidays (end of October) and Easter 2023 (April 1st to 10th).

Cosy house situated in a nice area near Vienna. We have a small garden with two terraces and there's a playground around the corner.
(We can host 4 to 5 people upstairs and there are 2 beds in the basement where we have an extra bathroom as well)
Nice swimming lake in walking distance and Austria's biggest shopping mall is about 10 min. by car.
Ideal for visiting Vienna (public transport takes you right to the Opera in the city center), Salzburg and Graz or for (day)trips to Budapest, Prague and Bratislava.

We also have a nice holiday house with direct access to a small lake in the Burgenland and it is about half an hour drive from Guntramsdorf. It is ideal for 2 to 4 people as there are two small bedrooms but there is also a caravan for 2 more people!
