We are an architect's couple with a 5 year old daughter Lilian and a new born baby son Lou. Fabian has his own office based in Vienna and Graz and Christina is working for an architectural office and commuting between Paris and Vienna. Our center of life is somehow between Paris and Vienna. We love to change the scene in order to get new ideas and inspiration from interesting people at interesting places, that's why we are registered at homelink.

Our appartment is on the first floor of an ancient Gründerzeit building and is typical for that era with noble parquett, double doors and 3,2m clear height.The appartment is 100m² big and has one parent's room, a children's room, a living room with a big dining table, a kitchen with a small dining table, bathroom, toilet and a lumber room. The furniture is a nice mix of modern, vintage and ancient pieces of furniture. The appartment is fully equipped for a family stay.

The appartment is very well situated in the 6th district between the Naschmarkt and the pedestrian zone of Mariahilf. The district is one of the vibrant, trendy inner city quarters. It is characterised by little boutiques, nice cafés and restaurants. The location of our apartment has perfect infrastructure with 2 metro lines, buses and a railway station. Even theaters, famous concert halls, the opera and well known museums (Kunshistorisches Museum, Mumok...) are very close and easily to reach. Despite of the central location the flat is quiet.

Our appartment is very close to nice restaurants (traditional and more recent ones), bars and trendshopping with small boutiques. Even the more well known cultural hotspots like the Museumsquartier, the Wiener Musikverein and the Kunsthistorische Museum are very easy to reach within a 20min walk.

For us the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and at home in our place. That implies for us that you will carefully handle our belongings and regarfully inhabitate our appartment. We are neither cleaning maniacs, nor messy, but we are used to live in a basically clean appartment with traces of daily life.
