We are looking for a place by the sea, preferably with a view in a hot country somewhere in Europe available in August. The exchange doesn't have to be necessarily simultaneous
We own a charming bright flat in Tollcross off the main road, only 10 minutes walking distance from the Edinburgh Castle and Princes street.
The flat can accommodate a maximum of 4 people as it consists of a 1 double bedroom and another double bunk bed in a converted box room. There is also a working space with a desk available.

The space

The flat has been recently renovated in a contemporary minimalist style, it is located at the ground floor.
Families are welcome and a baby cot could be provided upon request. We are also happy to provide guests with a tandem bike which is a fun way to explore the city in two

Guests will be able to access the entire flat along with all available appliances.
