Our neighborhood is in the centre of Amsterdam, but people still live and work here. It is also beautiful! Canals, alleys and towers.
In wallking distance you'll find museums (Hermitage, Technical Museum), theatre, bars, cafe's and restaurants from all parts of the world.
We feel priviliged to live here, it is very diverse. The chinese quartier is close, and so is the red light district. On sundays you can hear the songs from the Armenian church. We also participate in a community garden, on the riverside; 10 min by bike; where we have our containers with flowers and vegetables and a hammock to relax in.
