Lovely location. Choice of 3 safe swimming beaches all with 5-10 mins by car or bus. We are 5 mins from Mission Bay (by car or bus) where there is a great choice of restaurants, cafes, cinema, playground adjacent to the beach- perfect for children. There is a dairy across the road for essentials (bread, milk, icecreams etc). There is a regular bus service that leaves one way straight across from our home and the other a few seconds away that goes into the CBD, travel along our beautiful waterfront and stop at Kelly Tarltons Undersea World, Parnell outdoor pools (open Oct-April). We have a shopping centre (5 mins by car) or 15-20 min (mostly flat walk) to Eastridge Shopping Centre. There is a large supermarket, pharmacy, cafe's, optician, hairdressers, clothing boutique, bakery etc.
