We are just outside of Cagliari and only a 5 minute walk to the poetto, one of Sardinia's most famous beaches. At the poetto you will find a board walk, lounges, restaurants, and sometimes even bars and clubs. We are about a 20 minute walk from the lounges, so the point we are nearest to the sea is an easy 5 minute walk. We are 5 minutes to the nearest bus stop in which you can ride into the city. Just 10 minute walk from our home is a beautiful Greek-inspired day spa, with mineral baths, salt sauna, steam room, massage and more.

Throughout the year there are many sporting events in the poetto which are fun to watch - sailing competitions, soccer, touch football, fishing, etc. There is also an outdoor market in the summer with amazing fresh made foods and local artisanal cuisine.

We are only a 15 minute walk (5 minute drive) to the nearest grocery store. There is a weekly farmer's market every Saturday just 10 minute drive from our home.

We do recommend renting a car during your time here in Sardinia - it is SO much easier to explore the island by car. Just a 20 minute drive from our home are some of Sardinia's most beautiful beaches, which are often empty! We highly recommend for ease of your visit to rent a vehicle that will give you the freedom to explore.
