Sandyford is a very popular place for families to live. We have excellent and frequent public transport links (Luas Tram Green Line from Glencairn Luas stop) to Dublin City (30 mins). It is easy to get to our home from Dublin Airport by public transport or taxi.

We live in a very quiet and friendly estate where houses have gardens and there are open green spaces for children to play games. There is a small playground for children just 10 mins walk. We have local shop, cafe, fast food, and pharmacy just two minutes walk. There is a big supermarket (Dunnes Stores) just 5 minutes drive, a pizzeria, a pub and other local shops just 5 minutes drive (or 15 mins walk). Dundrum Town Centre with all major department stores and boutiques is just 10 minutes away by public transport or car.

We are close to the M50 motorway so that journeys to other parts of Ireland are very easily accessible. Major tourist attractions like Powerscourt Gardens, Enniskerry (20 mins by public transport or car), Wicklow Gaol (30 mins by car) Glendalough (1 hour by car) and the beaches of South Dublin and Wicklow are easy to get to. Dublin City attractions, including museums, the Book of Kells, Guinness Hop Store etc are all available to you in half an hour on the Luas Green Tram Line (7 minutes walk to Glencairn Luas Stop).

We have a view of the Dublin Mountains from the rear bedrooms and the area is very quiet both during the daytime and at night.
