Beautiful 19th century Parisian style apartment with view overlooking the chestnut trees of the boulevard Arago, located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, at the edge of the 5th, not far from the Avenue des Gobelins, the Mouffetard district and close to the Latin Quarter.
Totally renovated, the apartment has a very Parisian character and a personalized decoration. It has an area of 46 m² and includes an small entrance hall, a living-room, one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and an adjoining room, as well as a storage/dressing room. It is a very nice accommodation, very well located, close to daily shopping and transport (bus and metro).

Descripción de nuestro barrio y la zona en que se encuentra
The boulevard Arago connects the Place Denfer Rocheraux to the avenue des Gobelins and the boulevard de Port Royal.
Next to our building is a reformed temple. The area was the one were Protestants took refuge during the Inquisition and war of religions (Port Royal District).
The avenue des Gobelins goes from the Place d'Italie (Butte aux cailles, Asian district) to the Saint Medard square (Quartier Mouffetard). If you go up the rue Mouffetard, yu will arrive at the beautiful Place de la Contrescarpe with lots of cafés; if you continue, straight on, you will get to te Seine and the Cathedral Notre Dame...
Busses take you easily to all directions: Jardins du Luxembourg, boulevard Saint-Michel, Quartier latin, Palais Royal, Musée du Louvre (bus 21), Bastille and Montparnasse (bus 91), Champs Elysées, grands boulevards (bus 83), the area of most of the theaters (bus 47)...
