Ideal 1 year /minimum 3 months

My apartment is 20mn away from the center of Paris in the cute little Village of Le Pré St Gervais (zip code 93310, adjacent the Paris 19th Arrondissement @ Métro: Porte des Lilas).

I am looking to switch apartment for 1 year ideally (hoping for a good school district in the westside) but I am open to discussion, like maybe starting at 3 months minimum and seeing how it goes, with a 1 month notice each time. My place can be available as early as July but I am open to any dates if the right fit!

This would be suitable for anyone wanting to try 1 year abroad in beautiful Paris. I have a 1 bd condo that is small (400sqft) but if you know Paris, you must know that everything is like New York here. The advantage of living outside the périphérique is that you get more commodities and a quiet neighborhood. My place has: An elevator (not common for a 5th floor building), a bathtub, a long (room to room) balcony, a parking space gated, a separate Kitchen, Hall, Living room, Bedroom, Bathroom

Better fitted for 1 or 2 but it sleeps 4 people (2 twin beds in bedroom turned into a queen or vice versa, 1 queen bed in folding armoire in Living Room). I have brand mattresses for your comfort and MINE :) The apartment has been remodeled with hardwood floor and is bright and airy, you have a view of the entire sky and can watch the full moon unfold. The building is modestly maintained and I am on the 4th floor with quiet professional neighbors. More pictures available upon request.

By Metro, you can reach “Porte des Lilas” in a 10mn brisk walk and reach the center of Paris “Chatelet” in 20mn. You can also take Bus 61 and be in exactly 3mn @ métro Porte des Lilas, then Metro ligne 11 to anywhere in Paris. By Tram, you can circle half Paris @ Porte des Lilas.
BUS 61 takes you directly to Gare de Lyon and Gare d’ Austerlitz and BUS 48 takes you directly to Gare du Nord and Musée du Louvre

All ethnicities live in this neighborhood, multi-cultural and family oriented; you have 2 Churches, a Chinese Buddhist center, a Mosque. A lot of artists have moved here to get a bigger working space. You have a lot activities going on in the neighborhood like an outdoor and covered market with concerts almost every other Saturdays, plus community events. You can reach Charles de Gaulle Airport and Stade de France in 20mn; Euro Disneyland in 40mn etc……
