We have had 24 years and 95 wonderful exchanges in Australia, Europe and New Zealand, and are open to all offers. Children welcome by arrangement.
Newly refurbished three bedroom, two bathroom single level home, previously the Oasis Resort and Treetops Houses managers' residence, "Osprey House" is situated in a private and tranquil walled garden bordering the Arakwal National Park, on Tallow Beach at Byron Bay.
It is a flat 5 minute bicycle ride into town (you can hire them from the on-site managers). Heated pool, tennis court, sauna, spa, gym, games room and indoor kids play areas (newly refurbished with Foosball, ping pong table, etc), multiple barbeque areas and lounging deck. Five minute walk to beach through Arakwal National Park at the end of the street (beach track is 100m from the house) - so close to town but so private. Amazing restaurants and shopping. Golfing, tennis, gliding, hang gliding, sky diving, scuba diving & snorkelling, whale/dolphin watching, paddle boarding, kayaking, circus school, ballooning, learn to surf lessons, boot camp, yoga and pilates or pampering spas. Beautiful beaches with world class surfing and stunning scenery. Farmers Market each Thursday & weekend markets in Byron Bay and nearby towns (Bangalow, Brunswick Heads, Ballina, etc) - there is a market in a local town every weekend.
Short drive to additional National Parks, all with easy walking trails. Tourist attractions within 1.5 hours drive north include all the "worlds" (MovieWorld, SeaWorld, etc) on the Gold Coast. Yamba and Coffs Harbour are about 1.5 and 2 hours south respectively.
A small Mercedes Benz A200 can be included in the swap.
Check to ensure there are no fire restrictions or bans before using the bbq or fire pit - remember we border the National Park!
Bring your camera - there is loads of wildlife!

We are an Oasis within the Oasis Resort. A walled garden ensures privacy and our backyard is very protected. We have full access to all the Resort facilities and are an easy walking distance to town. The beach is at the end of a bush track, located approximately 50 meters from the house, through the Arakwal National Park.

- Harvest Bakery in Newrybar (just off the highway) but on the weekends you have to get there at 8.30am and walk down the driveway to the most amazing food and coffee
