  Sunshine Coast is a wonderful place for nature lovers. We enjoyed hiking, amazing views, lakes, and scenic coastline which we could admire also from kayaks. Our kids loved the variety of animals they could observe. Rose's and Bryan's home is spaceous and comfortable, just a few minutes walk from the ocean. Friendly neighbours were a nice bonus :) We had a great family holidays!

• Amazing stay at the Sunshine Coast

  We had the fortune of seeing our hosts when we arrived at their beautiful house at the edge of Sechelt. Rose and Bryan provided a delicious lunch for us and gave us valuable tips and literature that would fill our days with kayaking, hiking and sightseeing all along the southern part of the coast. Sechelt is a small, nice town, located on the ancestral land of the shíshálh Nation, with indigenous cultural and commercial organizations, a museum, village, and totem poles along the beach. The weather was very cooperative, and some drizzle added to the mystical atmosphere in the forest, where we walked along Chapman Creek to observe thousands of pink salmon migrating upstream to spawn. The view of the sea from the nicely furnished house and the balcony is spectacular and the beach is just a few steps away. Having had a marvelous time, we highly recommend this place for an exchange. Thank you very much, Rose and Bryan!

  Rose and Bryan’s house was warm and welcoming. We loved it our stay. The location is perfect, the beach is lovely and exploring the region was a welcome break from the city. Highly recommended! I must also mention how amazing Rose was as she mailed a few things we forgot and had left behind! Thank you!!
