Apartment in NYC was great!
We were doing a renovation project on the upper west side, and the Kim family’s apartment was the perfect location for us to walk to our apartment every day. The area was safe, quiet, and very convenient with numerous restaurants and supermarkets, and the subway nearby. The Kim family are a good family to host. They were very welcoming, including breakfast and gifts on our arrival, and upon returning to our own house left us a dinner to come home to! They were very generous in accommodating us with the timeframe we needed to oversee our NYC project. This is our first exchange, and they gave us a sense of trust in the process, and communication with them was seamless. Thank you, Kim family. Thank you for the positive experience!
Great NYC-swap in charming Upper West Side!
My daughter and I had a wonderfuld swap with the Kim family. We had such a great connection, even though we never met - and in fact we still stay in touch and enjoy that very much. Right from the beginning of our contact, the Kim family was very kind and welcoming towards us and very helpful, both as we prepared for the trip and during the stay when we had any questions, and we tried out many of their suggestions for sights and restaurants. Their apartment is located in a classical NYC-apartment building with a fire escape (can´t get any more NYC than that!) and situated in a tree lined quiet side street to Broadways in the middle of the family friendly and charming Upper West Side. Supermarkeds and subway are right around the corner so all sights and neighborhoods are easy to access. We had a wonderful time - and found our apartment in Copenhagen just as we left it, even though the Kims to have little kids. A great swap!
It was amazing
We had a great time with this change of houses. The house en and the owners are nice. The house is nearby the city center and center parks. The neighborhood is really great. Everything was marvelous. This change was good and great. The house is a real NY house and we liked that very much. A can tell only good things about this change. Thank you for that!
