  Exquisite apartment with expansive, fabulous views. We absolutely loved our stay in Cuenca. The apartment, within walking distance to the historical center and river, is simply gorgeous. The space is meticulously appointed with the finest art and amenities. Danica and Ron, in addition to leaving us lovely welcoming gifts, had prepared delicious food for us. • What a perfect place to stay in Cuenca!

  We spent a perfect two weeks in Ron and Danica's beautiful apartment. With its sculptures, paintings, and and the splendid views of the city from nearly every window, we were continually delighted. We found various treats and a lovely bouquet when we arrived, as well as plenty of helpful information about the house and the town. The building was excellent with a cheerful and helpful caretaker. It was fun to cook in the well-set up kitchen, and to sleep in the large, comfortable beds. There was tons of storage space in the bedrooms, everything was helpfully labeled, and all in all, we were thrilled with this exchange. A wonderful place to stay, a wonderful city to visit, and wonderful exchange partners!

  We had a wonderful stay in Ron & Danica's stylish, spotlessly clean apartment, overlooking the charming town of Cuenca. We were given a warm welcome and enjoyed catching up with them for a hike in the Cajas and dinner in town. Their contemporary home has large windows with stunning vistas from every room, superb towels and linens, modern furnishings and all the comforts you need.

  Bubbles, chocolate and coffee were left as treats on our arrival - a sign that great things would be in store for us. This stylish apartment is comfortable, contained and a joy to live in. The panoramic views continue to impress you, day and night. Ron and Danica left great notes for the home, shopping, cafes and local sights. We varied the walks into town, seeing interesting buildings, statues, shops and people. Love the local women and men in their traditional garb and the frequent "Hola""Buenos dias". Cuenca is a relaxing, interesting place and this home added to our love and enjoyment of Ecuador.

  We had a wonderful two-week exchange to Ron and Danica's place in Cuenca. Their apartment is brand-new, roomy and beautiful, just like the photos. The paintings and sculptures made us feel made us feel as if we were staying in an art gallery. The views from the living room, bedroom and huge rooftop deck are gorgeous. The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We found Cuenca to be very attractive, interesting and safe. The apartment is a pleasant fifteen-minute walk to the colonial centre of town, with its beautiful churches and plazas. We highly recommend an exchange with Ron and Danica!
