• Amazing week in Seattle

  We thoroughly enjoyed a week in Howard and Gina's house. Not only was it very comfortable and cosy, but the location was also great - minutes from a park with a beach and a direct bus to downtown.

  We had an enjoyable time in Gina and Howard's home on Mercer Island. It is comfortable and there is a lovely deck across the back of the house that faces woods. The driveway is steep so one needs to back down into it carefully. It is a fine location and is near the shopping area of Mercer Island including the grocery stores which carry many prepared foods. The neighbors are friendly and we were visited daily by a lovely cat named "Jumpy". The house is near the bus lot for downtown Seattle.

• Amazing home swap in Seattle in September!

  Gina & Howard were amazing people to home exchange with. We immediately felt welcome in their home and loved their space, it was clean, tidy, and they left a thoughtful welcoming gift as well as great instructions on things to do in Seattle and house-specific items to make sure we were aware of everything (as well as emergency numbers for any incidents). They also were extremely easy to communicate with, and we texted throughout our exchange to update each other on what we were doing in NYC and Seattle, and to make sure everyone was having a good time and had everything they needed. We loved the experience and would be happy to home swap with them again in the future!

  Peaceful setting minutes from Seattle! We were so pleased how straight forward our home exchange request turned out. Communication was very clear & friendly, making us feel very welcome. We appreciated the helpful guide to the house & tips on what to do in the local area. Perfect location with easy access to public transportation into Seattle & short walk to shops, restaurants on Mercer Island. Loved the peaceful contrast of Mercer Island compared to the city. Felt great coming "home".

  Host provided great communication throughout the exchange. The home was comfortable, spacious, and contemporary. Everything we needed for a great stay in the Seattle area. Bus to city (10 minute ride) is a five minute walk away. Easy walk to shops and restaurants on Mercer Island.
