  La casa estaba impecable. Agradezco y aprecio una limpieza tan exhaustiva. Marie y Bernard me recibieron ellos son un matrimonio encantador. La comunicacion con ellos fue perfecta, cero problemas. La casa es comoda y acogedora. La zona es FANTASTICA, autenticamente parisina, con pocos turistas. Muy bien comunicada con varias lineas de metro, RER y autobuses cercanas. Ha sido mi primer intercambio y la experiencia ha sido MUY POSITIVA. Gracias Marie & Bernard por dejarme pasar estas tres semanas en vuestra agradable casa.

  We had a great 3 weeks in the apartment of Maria-O and Bernard Emeriau. They have a very attractive and comfortable apartment in a quiet building, with two balconies in a very nice residential area of the 11th (near the 12th) arrondissement in Paris. The apartment is causy and fine furnished, so we felt very much at home, The apartmentbuilding is located on a lively boulevard, with many shops and a daily market nearby. There are also 4 metrostations and several busstops very closeby. So, it is very easy to reach every place in and out Paris. The apartment itself is on the backside of the building, very quiet! The communication to come to an exchange agreement went very fine, clear and carefully. We found all the information we needed in the home. Marie-O. and Bernard are very pleasant and sympathic hosts! We were very happy to stay in this apartment for a while in the warm, well organized home from Maria-O. and Bernard that made our stay in Paris a real success! Willem and Dorine from Amsterdam
